Are your prices fixed?+
Yes. What the calculator shows is what you pay. Nothing gets added on after.
Do you offer recurring discounts?+
Yes bi-weekly cleans save 10%, weekly saves 15%, and monthly saves 20%. Discounts are applied automatically in the quote calculator.
How do I pay?+
We accept Interac e-Transfer. You'll receive an invoice after each clean with payment instructions. Autodeposit is enabled no security question needed.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Yes cancel or reschedule anytime with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Just reply to your confirmation email.

Which areas do you serve?+
We currently serve Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Toronto, Vaughan, Stouffville, Toronto, Vaughan, and Stouffville. We're expanding soon contact us if your area isn't listed.
What days and times are you available?+
Thursdays and Fridays from noon, and Saturdays and Sundays from 9am. The booking calendar shows exactly what is open.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
We require at least 24 hours notice. For the best availability, we recommend booking 3–5 days ahead.

Do you bring your own supplies?+
Yes we bring all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a preferred product you'd like us to use, just let us know in your booking notes.
Do I need to be home during the clean?+
No many clients prefer to be out. You can leave a key, use a lockbox, or provide a door code in your booking notes. We'll send before and after photos when done.
What if I have pets?+
No problem. Just mention it in your booking notes and make sure they are somewhere safe while we work.
What's included in a regular clean?+
A regular clean covers the rooms you select vacuuming, mopping, dusting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, wiping kitchen counters and appliances, and emptying bins. Deep cleans include inside appliances, baseboards, and more.
